Studio Policies

We want to make our studio a relaxing, peaceful & smoothly running environment for you. As your safety is our top priority, our terms + policies will be enforced. Please make sure you read through all of our policies.

Bookings


You can easily book your appointment on our website, with a card held on file for payment after your visit. Please note that we don’t accept walk-ins and services must be scheduled in advance. Clients under 18 will need prior signed consent from a parent or guardian.

We do not offer refunds after services are completed, but your satisfaction is very important to us. If you're not happy with your service, please let us know so we can make it right. Blue Velvet Skincare reserves the right to cancel any appointment without explanation.

Gift cards are final sale and are non-refundable, but they never expire and can be used toward any service or product.

Late Policy, Cancellations & Rescheduling


We understand that life happens! To cancel or reschedule, please email us at bluevelvetskincarespa@gmail.com. To ensure smooth scheduling, please note the following policies:

  • Cancellations or changes made 24 hours before your appointment are free of charge.

  • Late cancellations (within 24 hours) will incur a 50% charge for the scheduled service.

  • Same-day cancellations (within 12 hours) or no-shows will be charged 100% of the service price.

  • Arriving 15 minutes late may be considered a no-show, and the cancellation fee will apply.

Please arrive 5 minutes early to ensure you receive the full service. If your appointment was booked within 24 hours, the cancellation policy still applies.

Day of Appointment Protocol

  • First-time clients should fill out the pre-screening intake form to help us personalize your treatment.

  • Please arrive at least 5 minutes before your scheduled appointment.

  • We kindly ask that you come alone, as we cannot accommodate extra guests or children. 

  • If you feel unwell or have any cold/COVID symptoms, please reschedule by contacting us.

COVID & Safety Standards

We prioritize a clean and sanitized environment for every appointment. After each service, our studio is thoroughly disinfected. Our staff wears masks and gloves for your safety. Thank you for your understanding and support. We are grateful for every client!
