Ever wonder how some people keep that facial glow lasting for days? Here are our favorite skin loving tips!

 
  1. Change your bed sheets weekly & use unscented laundry detergent to prevent skin allergies/irritation.

  2. Take skin loving vitamins. Our favorites are D, C & E.

  3. Ice your breakouts, NEVER pick your skin or blemishes!

  4. Limit your sun exposure and wear SPF daily.

  5. Sleep on a silk or a satin pillowcase.

  6. Incorporate exercise and movement daily to improve circulation! 

  7. Clean your make-up brushes regularly.

  8. Avoid High Inflammatory foods and eat leafy greens with high antioxidant foods.

  9. Drink enough water to keep your skin hydrated from within!
